• The discount amount will be determined at Unfiltered Stocks' sole discretion based on the severity and duration of the outage
• Scheduled maintenance and client-side errors do not qualify for compensation
• You must report service issues within 7 days of occurrence to be eligible for consideration

13.4 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to services until the end of the paid period
• No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing cycle
• Once cancelled, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods

13.5 Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, you must contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate the matter and, if an error is confirmed, we will issue a correction or credit at our discretion.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Unfiltered Stocks regarding the use of our services.
